The Formosa Journal of Law is a global, open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal focused on all areas of law and social sciences. It accepts both modern and traditional legal articles, as well as interdisciplinary research, and encourages submissions from scholars, practitioners, and researchers around the world. All articles are freely available for download. Published by Formosa Publisher, JLCA releases new issues quarterly in January, April, July, and October.
