Abstrak

Coastal community welfare encompasses various aspects aimed at improving the quality of life of people living in coastal areas. Measuring coastal community welfare, including the function of the mangrove ecosystem, has not been comprehensively calculated. Calculating coastal community welfare based on various aspects, including social, economic, and environmental (ecological), is needed as a basis for government policy in managing coastal resources, particularly mangrove ecosystems, to improve the welfare of coastal communities. This study aims to review the existing literature on the concept and implementation of coastal community welfare measurement. This literature review provides recommendations for measuring improvements in coastal community welfare, not only partially, so that it can contribute to poverty alleviation in coastal communities.
