Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the business management capacity and financial literacy of MSME actors through an integrated training program organized by KAJI Indonesia on October 11, 2025. The training lasted for three hours and included two main modules, namely business management and MSME financial management. The delivery method is carried out interactively through lectures, discussions, case studies, and practice simulations. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to understand the basics of business planning, compile SWOT analysis, and apply simple financial records such as cash books and income statements. The training also increases participants' awareness of the importance of cash flow management and access to financing in accordance with business characteristics. Overall, this activity has a positive impact on improving the basic capabilities of MSME actors in managing businesses in a more structured and sustainable manner, as well as becoming a model for capacity building that can be replicated in similar activities in the future.
