Assistance in the Preparation and Analysis of Financial Statements and Strengthening BUMDes Business Strategy through the Implementation of the BRI Digital BUMDes Application in Tersidilor Village, Purworejo Regency, Central Java Province

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of the management of BUMDes Lumbung Rejeki Desa Tersidilor in the preparation of financial statements, business performance analysis, and the implementation of digitalization through the BRI Digital BUMDes Application. Assistance is carried out through technical training, financial recording practices, financial statement analysis workshops, and field visits to laying duck farming business units and village MSMEs. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the structure of financial statements, the ability to use digital applications for recording and reporting, and the emergence of a more targeted village business development strategy. The implementation of digitalization has been proven to help improve the efficiency, accuracy of recording, and transparency of the management of BUMDes. In addition, the integration of local MSMEs through the role of BUMDes strengthens the village economic ecosystem in a sustainable manner. This activity makes a real contribution in strengthening village governance and managerial capacity as part of efforts to realize economic independence based on local potential.
