The results of the evaluation of the PKM Harmoni Digital program were analyzed through a comparison of pre-test and post-test scores of 30 participants. The evaluation instrument includes an understanding of the safe duration of screen time, early detection of speech delays, the implementation of language stimulation strategies, digital assistance (co-viewing), and the implementation of the Digital Harmony (5P) principle. Data analysis showed an increase in participants' understanding of 45–64% in all indicators measured after participating in a series of seminars and practical workshops. The highest increase occurred in the aspects of assisting the use of gadgets and the implementation of responsive communication strategies, which increased by 61% and 64%, respectively. In addition, understanding of the early signs of speech delay increased by 52%, while the ability to choose educational content increased by 48%. These findings show that simultaneous theory- and practice-based training approaches are effective in improving digital parenting literacy and parents' capacity to support early childhood language development
