Abstract

This training aims to provide participants with technical skills in building web-based bank queuing applications using open source technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. The problem of queues in banking is still a major issue in customer service. With this training, participants are expected to be able to design and implement a simple but effective digital queuing system. Training methods include lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of this activity showed that participants were able to understand the basic concepts of application development and successfully build a prototype of a simple bank queue application. This training is expected to open up technology entrepreneurial opportunities and improve service efficiency in the community.
