Implementation of Preventive Efforts in Preventing Sexual Violence Against Children

The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata, KKN) of Universitas Bhayangkara was conducted in Babelan Kota Village, Babelan District, under the theme Implementation of Preventive Efforts to Prevent Sexual Violence Against Minors. This program aimed to raise community awareness and build local capacity to identify and prevent sexual violence against children. A participatory approach was employed to encourage active involvement of community members and village officials. The results indicated increased understanding among parents and teachers regarding preventive measures, the creation of a reusable educational module for the village, and greater collective awareness of the importance of child protection. This program is expected to serve as a preventive intervention model that can be replicated in other regions to support national efforts in reducing the incidence of sexual violence against children.
